Hard to find out-of-production collectible Pistillino lamp with gold plated finish. Packaged in the original 1970s manufacturers carton. The amazing Pistillino lamp is widely recognized as one of the most beautiful lamps ever made! Probably the most beautiful lamp that was ever created! The beautiful Pistillino is one of the most amazing lamps in modern lighting history. A classic icon of 20th century design. This modern lamp was designed by Studio Tetrarch in 1969. The Pistillino lamp has a single gold mirror topped light bulb in the center (included with purchase). This mirror topped bulb reflects the light on the arms of the Pistillino and creates a beautiful atmosphere in your room! A classic and stylish modern design lamp for a refined modern interior. The Pistillino lamp can be used as a table lamp and wall sconce. You could modify it for use as a ceiling lamp as well.
The Gold Pistillino uses 1 x R14 40 watt European type light bulbs (included). R14 40 watt light bulbs give 50% less light compared to a regular 40 watt US light bulb. Since the gold mirror topped light bulb is part of the design, we strongly suggest to used the provided light bulb. The gold mirror topped light bulbs are very hard to find, but we do offer replacement light bulbs at an additional cost.
